Nursesnook&Books is proud to announce that “First Blush” book 1 of the “Suzy and Katie” series is once again available for purchase.  Through the following distributors: Amazon, Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, and as a paperback through Createspace and Amazon.

The manuscript was re-edited and re-written where necessary to provide the reader with a much smoother and easier read.  Some of the more erotic sexual scenes were, “toned down” to hopefully allow the book to reach a wider audience.  Together, over two thousand changes were made to the manuscript, without changing the premise of the story.  Included in the changes are a new cover, designed my Richard Nurse, and an inspirational image and sonnet, also by Richard Nurse.

The new book is listed as the Second Edition, and now also shows the author as D. D. Story with Richard Nurse, as the rewrite was a joint effort by both authors.

The other four books of the series have now been unpublished and book 2 in the series has already started going through the re-editing process.  As a not to the readers, who preferred the most erotic version. The Collector’s Edition will remain as it is with the original text, and showing only D. D. Story as the author.

SQS Publishing - Released the following statement from Author D. D. Story today.

Hey all,

Sorry, I have been off of the map for a while, but I wanted to write and let you know that I have begun the re-write of the Suzy and Katie Series, in collaboration with Author Richard Nurse.  We are of course beginning with book 1 "First Blush" and intend to work our way through the books in the order that they were written.

Our intent is to maintain the original story as it was written but to make it more of a contemporary romance, about two women who find love together.  Of course, that will mean that some of the most erotic portions are going to be going away, in the new editions.  There will still be plenty of sex, but it will no longer be graphic in nature.  The books will still be eighteen plus, but without the XXX factor.

Since the series is only available in digital format, we plan to de-list, (Take it off of the Market) each book once the re-write is well under way.  We will give our readers at least thirty days notice before we de-list a title so that those that would like the original, erotic content will have a final chance to purchase the book in its original format.

Each book will be republished with a totally new manuscript, new cover and will show the author is D. D. Store with Richard Nurse.  I am pushing for put it out as a paperback also, since that way I can finally hold both Suzy and Katie in my hands.

When our kiss finally ended, which had left both of us with heaving breasts; Katie took me by the hand and led me across the room towards the statue. When we got to the club Katie insisted on paying for the carriage ride, and after she had paid her, and with her running interference for our leg display, we climbed out of the carriage and went through the front door to where the hostess stood to greet us. 

“Welcome to the club ladies. Would you like the dining room or the club ladies?”

Katie smiled at her and said, “The club of course!” in her sweet southern accent.

The hostess smiled at us and said,  “Welcome to Canada ladies, we have a nice crowd in the club tonight, with a good mixture of both men and women, would you like a booth if there is one available?”

“That would be lovely, we are a couple, and so we really aren’t interested in the groping at the bar!”

The hostess laughed and said, “Oh my, you two are going to break some hearts tonight.  Follow me and we will see if we can find you a booth, or a table if none are available. And let me add that you both look absolutely delicious.”

We both responded at the same time;  “She is!”  And all three of us went through the door laughing.

We paused for a moment inside the door, and let our eyes adjust to the darkened lighting level of the club.  The hostess looked around and saw a waitress and motioned for her to come over, she said something to her and to which the waitress answered and pointed.

The hostess turned and said, “You’re in luck there is a booth in the corner that just came open.”  She led us to it and lingered while we slipped into the booth.  I slipped her a tip, and she smiled and told me that it wasn’t necessary because our display of leg had been all the tip she needed.  Although she didn't give me back the money.

I looked at Katie and laughed;  “I think that we are going to have fun here.”

I jumped when Katie’s hand, which was under the edge of the table, found its target.  “Oh I know that we will, I wonder just how loose the rules are in here?”

Before I could comment on that, the waitress showed up and we both ordered champagne cocktails again, as neither of us wanted to begin mixing either beer or liquor with the champagne that we had already consumed.

The booth was horseshoe shaped and we sat in the u side by side and looked out at the people at the bar and those on the dance floor.  This was not my first time in a gay/lesbian bar.  I have gone to them in other cities in search of fulfilling my desires.  What was a first was actually going to one with a date, and not being on the prowl so to speak.

Our waitress brought our drinks and after we took a sip, the DJ put on a slow song.  Katie leaned over close to me and said,  “Will you dance slow with me Suzy, and I want to feel you in my arms as we sway to the music.”

I kissed her lips lightly and said, “I would love to!” and then added with a smile,  “Who leads when we dance?”

Katie took my hand and guided me out of the booth, during which time both of our skirts to our little dresses rode up over the lace top of our stockings. “I bet you are used to Richard leading, so I will if you don’t mind.”

I pulled my skirt down and said,  “I place myself in your arms love, sweep me off to the dance floor!”

Which is exactly what Katie did. I melted into her arms as we began to slowly dance to the music.  It felt totally natural to be in her arms as we danced.  As we moved together, I became aware of her nipples growing hard under the satin and lace of her little black dress.  I could feel them pressing against my own, which I knew were trying to poke through the lace of my little red bra, under my red satin dress.

We smiled at them and Katie said, “Why yes we are, we came up for the night, it is my first time to see the falls, and to be in yawl’s lovely country.”

The other girl, who way definitely the dominate of the two, and had her hair clipped short and spiked, said, “Oh god, I love your voice, you must be as sweet as a Georgia Peach!”

Katie laughed and said, “My lover seems to think so, but actually I’m and East Tennessee Girl.”

Kate got that twinkle in her eye that I was quickly learning to love.  She slowly crossed her legs, which made her skirt on the side facing the dance floor almost nonexistent.

I kissed her and replied, “That sounds wonderful my love kitten, I’m so’oo ready!”  And with that I let my hands drift down the black lace and satin of Katie’s little black dress and cupped both of her cheeks and pulled her against me as we swayed to the music.

I felt Katie’s hand slip down and begin to caress my bottom as her lips met mine and our tongues began to search and probe.  We became lost in each other, and for us there was no one else on the dance floor. I smiled at her and said;  “I think we need to get back to our hotel room, where it is a little more private, to take care of some unfinished business.”

She laughed and said,  “So I have heard, Come back and visit us again girls.”

News Flash

Another Closet Door Swings Open

The final word was given today to unlock the closet door that Suzy and Katie have been lingering behind since 2004.  By the end of the week First Blush should be available for sale as an e-book in all standard formats.  The ISBN is 978-1-4931-5433-3, and is being distributed by Xlibris.

Actually Katie has been out of the closet since she was sixteen, whereas, Suzy will be coming out; in a city, manner, and for a reason, she never dreamed of.  Nor did she or Katie see the surprising reaction of her husband Richard coming.

As I have noted before this is the Genesis of Suzy & Katie’s story, which evolved from an on-line role play, to a five book series.  I hope that you enjoy First Blush, and its 240 pages of romance, conversation, innuendos and surprises.  While the most logical target for this book is the LGBT community, I believe those that support the LGBT community, while being straight, will enjoy this story, as it is as much about two women becoming close fast friends as it is about sex between two women.

First Blush - The Genesis

Story Genesis

Did you ever have a story in you that you just had to let out?

That was the driving force, behind the story of Suzy and Katie.  It began, of all places, in one of the early adult Yahoo Chat rooms, where one could role play. I won’t say who I was, but it became a recurring role, for a very enjoyable period of time.

The roll became so entrenched in my both my sub-conscious and conscious self that the story began to expand, and I began to put it on paper, well into my computers memory really.  Once it started to flow out of me, it just seemed to pour out and grow of its own accord.

Over the next three and a half years, I was never truly sure if I was myself or one of the main characters in the books.  Five books and over two thousand pages later the story seemed to come to its own conclusion.
