Happy New Year Wishes

Happy New Year & Peace on Earth to everyone
Be they friend or be they foe.

May your night be filled with fun and drink
Especially if your wearing Pink.

I'd tell you all to have a ball
But that is not what Suzy and Katie are looking for!

We'll see you all in the new year,
Which I plan to make fun and exciting.

And may our congress critters actually
make a resolution to together and keep it.

For Robin

A door opened and closed today

For which I can only say horay

Because behind that closed door

Had been hidding and American Icon.

When Robin came out of that door,

Some self-rightous jaws hit the floor.

How will they deal with this news,

That one of Americas most respected

Persons is in fact gay.

We know her of her bravery,

And of her sister deep lover.

We know of her integretary,

And trust her as a visionary.

So what has changed,

Since she came out the door.

For me nothing has changed

She is still the Robin we all adhore.
